Website for international freight forwarding company Ravens Sp. z o.o., designed to maximize quote requests (Lead Generation) and build a strong brand image on the global market. The project stands out with a modern, minimalist design that breaks away from typical, template-based logistics industry websites. Thanks to advanced optimization and Next.js architecture, the platform runs blazingly fast with zero monthly maintenance costs.

1. The Problem: Outdated Image and Zero ConversionsRavens' previous website was non-functional and not adapted for mobile devices. The complete lack of SEO optimization made the company invisible in search engines, and the website's appearance deterred potential business partners. As a result, the site generated zero quote requests. The budget for implementing a new solution was limited, requiring a smart approach to technical costs.

2. Market Differentiation StrategyCompetitive analysis in the freight industry revealed repetitive patterns and visual monotony. Instead of replicating these patterns, I chose a unique approach – combining absolute simplicity with premium-class modern design. The website had to immediately communicate the professionalism of an international brand.

3. Conversion-Focused UX DesignThe homepage was designed as a precision sales tool. Every element has an assigned business objective:
Hero section with videoA dynamic video showcasing the company from the inside engages the user and builds transparency.
Google-linked reviewsAuthentic, easily verifiable client reviews on the homepage eliminate the trust barrier.
Animated call-to-action (CTA)Buttons leading to a free quote feature subtle shimmer animations. They attract the user's attention and subconsciously stimulate clicks, increasing the conversion rate.

4. Scalability and InteractivityI implemented an interactive map presenting the company's current logistics service areas. This element was designed with future expansion in mind – allowing seamless integration with a planned client panel and real-time shipment tracking system.

5. International Architecture and SEOThe company operates in European markets, so the platform supports 3 languages: Polish, English, and German. Each version was implemented following rigorous local SEO principles (URL structure, meta tags, loading speed). The result is a high search engine ranking and a real influx of inquiries from international clients.

6. Performance and Zero Costs (Next.js)Using the Next.js framework made it possible to combine an excellent user experience with financial benefits for the client:
Blazing-fast loading timesAdvanced caching ensures that switching between pages and language versions happens instantly.
